Hot-carriers in perovskite solar cells

The EFSL research group, in collaboration with CHOSE - Centre for Hybrid and Organic Solar Energy, IIT - Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia - Graphene Labs, LASE - Laboratory for Advanced Solar Energy, has published a study in Nano Letters on perovskite solar cells and the role of the graphene embedded in the TiO2 layer on the hot-carrier production in these devices and their stability over time.
