Graduation of Marco Lorenzi

After an unusual graduate research project in a "remote" EFSL lab (due to anti-covid protocols), Marco Lorenzi graduated on the 24th September 2020 at Tor Vergata University in Rome.

The EFSL Staff congratulate Marco on receiving his Bachelor's degree in Material Science with a thesis entitled “Spettroscopia transiente al femtosecondo di nanostrutture plasmoniche: effetti della morfologia e della composizione”.

We wish him all the best for the future.

The EFSL research group has published a paper in the IOP Nanotechnology journal. The title of the article is “Ultrafast optical spectroscopy of semiconducting and plasmonic nanostructures and their hybrids”, by Daniele Catone, Lorenzo Di Mario, Faustino Martelli, Patrick O'Keeffe, Alessandra Paladini, Jacopo Stefano Pelli Cresi, Aswathi Kanjampuarth Sivan, Lin Tian, Francesco Toschi and Stefano Turchini.
